Please note: some remote areas in specified zones require a surcharge. If this is the case - we will notify you.
For other locations or orders over 30kg we will have to quote individually - please choose TO BE QUOTED and wait with payment until notified.

§ 2A. MAXIMUM ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The maximum order processing time is 5 business days. The period is counted from the moment processing begins (payment credited to our account, confirmation received from the payment operator, or conclusion of the sales agreement — depending on the payment method chosen).
Order processing means picking the goods and handing the parcel over to the carrier. The delivery time shown for the selected shipping method is counted separately, from the moment the parcel is dispatched.
